To embark on the convenience of FINCA Zambia mobile banking, simply dial 200# and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can download the FINCA Mobile banking app from the Play Store or Apple Store and choose “open an account.” If you prefer a personal touch, visit the nearest FINCA branch or contact our call centre at +260966-200-580 or +260971-245-429

In the event of a forgotten pin, dial 200# or access the app, select “forgot pin,” and follow the straightforward prompts.
There are no charges for account-to-account transfers within the FINCA network.
Execute a Bank to Wallet or Wallet to Bank transaction by dialing 115#, choosing option 7 (Banking Services), selecting option 3 (FINCA), and picking your desired transaction.
