Lenganji Simawe Sinyinza has 19 years’ experience in Micro finance sector covering Operations Management, Performance Management, Sales and Distribution and Training and Human Resource Management. Since joining FINCA in 2003, Lenganji has held various positions at FINCA Uganda and FINCA Zambia. Currently, he holds the position of head of Commercial at FINCA Zambia.

Lenganji holds a Diploma in Marketing from Copperbelt University, CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing and has attended various Management courses that include; Continuous Professional Development in Human Resource Management, TOT as FDA (FINCA Development Academy) Facilitator in Dar es Salaam, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People workshop, Change Management and Team building workshop, FDA Mid-Level Manager Training – People Management.
