Ms. Wilkinson is an innovative leader in international development and inclusive growth with over thirty-five years of professional field experience worldwide. Ms. Wilkinson has worked as an entrepreneur, banker, donor representative, field researcher and project manager, policy advisor, and developing country government senior official. She was recognized in September 2015 as one of the top four managers promoting innovation and effective team operations in the Asian Development Bank. Historic work has included SME finance for women, digital finance, e-health, infrastructure finance, technical and vocational education, public-private partnerships, cash transfers and ultra poor, pension reform, public sector efficiency, and investment climates for private sector growth. She holds an MS (abd) in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and a B. A. (honors) in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara. National Merit Scholar.
