Freddie Kandiwo is a commercial banking and microfinance expert with over 25 years work experience in Trade Finance, Operations management, Capacity Utilization Management, Business development, and Credit Management. Prior to joining FINCA, he held various roles in Barclays Bank Zambia Plc (Now ABSA), Barclays Bank Kenya (now ABSA), Investrust Bank Zambia, Madison Finance Company.

Freddie holds a BSC in Financial Services from the University of Manchester (UK), is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and has also attended Business Simulation Training with Active Operations Management (UK).
