Frank Gamble previously worked with FINCA as Deputy Regional Director Africa in 2013 to 2014 and re-joined FINCA as a Consultant in late 2016. His current role is to assist the CEO Andree Simon, as well as the country businesses with developing and executing clear strategic focus and he is currently the Chair of FINCA DRC and sits on the Audit and Risk committees.

Frank holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Dundee, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland (ACIBS) and a Fellow of the PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management.
