Chris Kizza is a Financial and Management expert with over nineteen years of progressive international experience in Microfinance Banking, organizational transformation, leading digital innovation and executive leadership experience. Prior to Joining FINCA Zambia, he was also part of the Executive team that led to the business turnaround of FINCA Malawi in 2010.

Mr. Kizza holds a Masters of Science in Finance and Accounting and an Honors Degree in Commerce from Makerere University. He is also a graduate of the Centre for Financial Inclusion at African Board Fellowship, Harvard Business School (Boston-USA) in Strategic Leadership and Financial Risk Management at Citigroup and World Bank.
