Chana is a Communication and Branding expert with over 20 years’ experience in corporate communications in the banking, aviation, marketing and advertising sectors. She is an ambitious, confident and well-presented strategic thinker & negotiator with the poise and etiquette to deal effectively with stakeholders across the business spectrum. She has held various senior positions in multinational organization, which includes Managing Director-Ogilvy (Zambia and Tanzania), Corporate Communication Consultant – Cavmont Bank Limited (Zambia), Head of Customer Service and Brand Management-ZANACO (Zambia), Country Manager-British Airways (Zambia) and Communications Manager Barclays Bank Zambia Plc.

Chana holds an MBA in Global Executive Programme and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications.
