Customer Care Blitz Day is a fun and exciting day through which FINCA branches across the country come up with the theme, dress code and most importantly, go an extra mile to give an exceptional service to our clients.

This is a monthly event that is observed by all FINCA branches in Zambia. The first ever Customer Care Blitz Day was held on Friday, 8th August, 2014, in all branches within Lusaka.
