FINCA Zambia’s Board of Directors conducted an executive visit to our Chawama Branch last week as part of their ongoing oversight and governance functions. The visit aimed to appreciate the branch’s performance, understand operational realities, and engage directly with staff on key areas affecting service delivery.

During the tour, the Board reviewed progress in business growth, customer outreach, and portfolio quality. They also discussed challenges faced on the ground, including operational pressures, resource needs, and opportunities to enhance customer experience. Staff shared insights on client behaviour, local market dynamics, and emerging opportunities for deeper community impact.
