FINCA Zambia recently concluded a two-day product development training workshop with Habitat for Humanity Zambia, supported by the Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS). The workshop focused on housing finance fundamentals and the co-creation of a tailored housing loan product designed to meet the unique needs of underserved and low-income communities.

This collaborative training forms part of the ongoing initiative “Creating Access to Safe Housing: Building Financial Inclusion and Resilience for Women in Zambia.” By working together, we aim to strengthen our capacity to deliver inclusive financial solutions that empower families, particularly women with access to safe, decent, and affordable housing.
