Good news to residents in Choma and the surrounding areas.

Residents of Choma and the surrounding areas can now build their wealth and security through sustainable savings with FINCA. This follows the official opening of a new and ultra-modern FINCA by in Choma. The branch was officially opened 21st July, 2014 by Choma District Commissioner, Bernadette Hamweemba on behalf of the Provincial Minister Mr. Denial Munkombwe.

Southern Provincial Minister Mr. Munkombwe commended FINCA for its commitment to contributing to Job and wealth creation through the provision of loans for citizens, especially to low income earners. He further urged residents of Choma and the surrounding areas to develop a culture of saving money with institutions like FINCA for them to effectively contribute to economic development. The minister said this in a speech read on his behalf by Choma District Commissioner, Bernadette Hamweemba.

At the Launch, FINCA Zambia was also privileged to have the presence of Frank Gamble, FINCA Africa Regional Deputy Director who was in the company of the FINCA Zambia’s CEO, Thomas Lendzian and COO, Abduqodir Sattarov.

The colourful launch was characterized with performances from a drama groups and a lot of giveaways to clients. Clients were given magic cups as a token of appreciation for being loyal to FINCA.
